Renombre ("we", "us") builds and manages websites, social media presence, and messaging tools for small local businesses ("clients"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, for visitors to this website and for our clients.
Information we collect
- Contact information you send us (name, phone, email, WhatsApp number, business details) when you reach out or become a client.
- Business content our clients share with us — such as photos, service descriptions, hours, and messages — so we can build and maintain their online presence.
- Basic usage data from this website (such as pages viewed), collected in aggregate to improve the site.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services.
- To create and update client websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media posts on the client's behalf and with their authorization.
- To translate and relay messages between a client and their customers when the client requests that service.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver our services, including Google (Google Business Profile), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, Cloudflare (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Information is shared with these providers only as needed to provide the service the client has requested, and each has its own privacy policy.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for unrelated advertising.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the email below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
A mobile number reaches us in only one way: the person dialled a business we serve, and that call went unanswered. The number is used solely to text that person back. We do not buy, rent, sell, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone, we never obtain them from lists or data brokers, and we never use them for advertising.
Every text goes out in the client business’s own name, from that business’s own phone number. Renombre operates the software on the business’s behalf and does not send marketing messages for third parties. How the messages work, and how to stop them, is set out in our SMS Terms.
