These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by Renombre. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Renombre provides done-for-you digital services for small businesses, which may include website creation and hosting, Google Business Profile setup and management, social media posting, and message translation — as agreed in each client's plan.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and photos they provide, and confirm they have the rights and any required consents to publish that content. Clients agree to hold Renombre harmless from claims arising from client-supplied content. Clients are responsible for holding any licenses required for their trade.
Setup guarantee
If you do not approve your website within 14 days of your initial payment, we will refund your setup fee in full. Monthly subscription charges begin as normal and are not covered by this guarantee once service has started.
Payments
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee and/or a recurring monthly subscription, as stated in the client's plan, and are processed securely through Stripe. Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with reasonable notice as described in the client agreement.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain each client's presence.
Ownership
Clients own their domain name and the content they provide. Renombre retains ownership of its templates, tools, and systems.
Portfolio
Clients grant Renombre permission to display their business name, logo, website screenshots, published posts, and aggregate results (such as visit or call counts) in Renombre's portfolio — including on renombre.app and Renombre's social media — once the client's website or content is publicly live. No additional approval is needed for each use. Clients may opt out at any time by writing to us, and we will remove their materials from future use.
Disclaimer
We work to help businesses grow their online presence but do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or numbers of leads. Translations are provided on a best-effort basis and important messages should be reviewed by the client.
Who we are
Renombre is a trade name of Luis Gomez Morales, a sole proprietorship operating from Durham, North Carolina, United States. Renombre and Luis Gomez Morales are the same legal entity.

Nuestros servicios
Renombre ofrece servicios digitales "hechos por nosotros" para negocios pequeños, que pueden incluir creación y alojamiento de sitios web, configuración y manejo del perfil de Google, publicaciones en redes sociales y traducción de mensajes — según el plan de cada cliente.
Responsabilidades del cliente
El cliente es responsable de la exactitud y legalidad del contenido y las fotos que proporciona, y confirma que tiene los derechos y consentimientos para publicarlos. El cliente libera a Renombre de reclamos derivados del contenido que el cliente proporciona. El cliente es responsable de contar con las licencias que requiera su oficio.
Garantía de inicio
Si no apruebas tu sitio web dentro de los 14 días después de tu pago inicial, te devolvemos tu cuota de inicio completa. Los cobros mensuales de la suscripción aplican normalmente y no están cubiertos por esta garantía una vez iniciado el servicio.
Pagos
Los servicios se cobran como una cuota inicial única y/o una suscripción mensual, según el plan, procesados de forma segura mediante Stripe. Los planes son mes a mes y se pueden cancelar con aviso razonable según el acuerdo del cliente.
Plataformas de terceros
Nuestros servicios dependen de plataformas de terceros (como Google, Meta y WhatsApp). No somos responsables de caídas, cambios de política o acciones que dichas plataformas tomen sobre las cuentas, aunque haremos lo razonable por mantener la presencia de cada cliente.
Portafolio
El cliente autoriza a Renombre a mostrar el nombre de su negocio, su logotipo, capturas de su sitio web, publicaciones realizadas y resultados generales (como número de visitas o llamadas) en el portafolio de Renombre — incluyendo renombre.app y las redes sociales de Renombre — una vez que su sitio o contenido esté publicado. No se requiere aprobación adicional para cada uso. El cliente puede retirar esta autorización en cualquier momento escribiéndonos, y dejaremos de usar sus materiales en el futuro.
Propiedad
El cliente es dueño de su dominio y del contenido que proporciona. Renombre conserva la propiedad de sus plantillas, herramientas y sistemas.
Aviso
Trabajamos para ayudar a crecer la presencia en línea, pero no garantizamos resultados específicos, posiciones ni cantidad de clientes. Las traducciones se ofrecen con el mejor esfuerzo y los mensajes importantes deben ser revisados por el cliente.

Renombre es un nombre comercial de Luis Gomez Morales, propietario único, con operación en Durham, Carolina del Norte, Estados Unidos. Renombre y Luis Gomez Morales son la misma entidad legal.

The program
Missed-call reply. When someone calls a business that uses Renombre and the call is not answered, that business sends one automated text message back to the number that just called, letting the caller know the call was missed and that the business will return it.
Replies to your texts. If you text the business first, the business may reply to you by text within that conversation — answers written by the business, such as confirming a time or answering a question about a job, sent from the same number you texted. The business never starts a text conversation. That is the entire program. There is no subscription, no recurring series, no newsletter, and no promotional or marketing content of any kind.
Renombre runs this same missed-call program on its own business line, (984) 833-2305, registered with the mobile carriers in its own name. Each client business that offers it is registered separately, under that business's own name and its own phone number — no messages are ever sent for one business from another business's number or registration.
Consent
Consent is the caller’s own inbound phone call to the business — or, for a reply, the customer’s own text to the business, which is the consent for a reply within that conversation and only within it. Numbers are never purchased, rented, imported from a list, or obtained from a third party, and a number is never texted unless it called or texted the business first.
Message frequency
One message per missed call, and replies only within a conversation you started by texting. Most people receive exactly one message, ever.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Neither Renombre nor the business charges for the message.
Opting out — STOP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them — it ends both the missed-call reply and any conversation replies. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and automatically, and cannot be overridden by the business.

Not third-party marketing
Renombre is the software provider. Every message is sent in the client business’s own name, from that business’s own phone number, to a person who just called that same number. Renombre does not message on behalf of affiliates, does not resell messaging capacity to unaffiliated senders, and does not send marketing, promotional, or lead-generation messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

El programa. Cuando alguien llama a un negocio que usa Renombre y no se le contesta, ese negocio manda un solo mensaje de texto al número que acaba de llamar, avisando que le regresará la llamada. Si usted le escribe primero por texto al negocio, el negocio puede responderle por texto dentro de esa conversación — respuestas escritas por el negocio, como confirmar una hora o contestar una pregunta sobre un trabajo. El negocio nunca inicia una conversación por texto. Eso es todo el programa: no hay suscripción, ni serie de mensajes, ni publicidad ni promociones.
Consentimiento. El consentimiento es la llamada que la propia persona le hizo al negocio — o, para una respuesta, el texto que la propia persona mandó, que es el consentimiento para responderle dentro de esa conversación. Nunca compramos, rentamos ni importamos números, y nunca se le manda un mensaje a alguien que no haya llamado o escrito primero.
Renombre usa este mismo programa en su propia línea, (984) 833-2305. Cada negocio cliente se registra por separado ante las compañías telefónicas, con su propio nombre y su propio número.
Frecuencia: un mensaje por llamada perdida, y respuestas solo dentro de una conversación que usted empezó por texto. Costo: pueden aplicar las tarifas de mensajes y datos de tu compañía telefónica; ni Renombre ni el negocio cobran por el mensaje.
